What are your Check-In and Check-out Times?

What is your Cancellation Policy / Are reservations refundable?
Payment is required at the time of the reservation. This payment is non refundable within 30 days of your reservation unless your reservation can be filled. If canceling 30 days prior to the reservation, the payment will be refunded in full less $50 office fee.
Do you have Wi-fi?
We offer free WiFi on the farm to all of our guests, but due to our rural location, we can’t guarantee great speed or reliability (it sucks, honestly). Max speeds of 1.1Mbps. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you need excellent WiFi during your stay, there are several coffee shops in nearby Staunton that offer a great work space. Cell service seems to be reliable from most carriers.
We are diligently working to be able to provide reliable high-speed internet and are in contact with many vendors for a solution.
What is the maximum capacity of your event space?
We can comfortably host an event of up to [INSERT NUMBER HERE] people for an event outdoors.
Is there parking available for guests?
Parking is included at no charge with any lodge/cabin/RV rental. There is ample parking for the amount of guests for any event we host.
Are you pet friendly?
We love animals! Our lodging is pet friendly and well behaved pets are welcome. Pets must stay on leash whenever in a public space on the property for the safety of all the people and creatures that call Penmerryl Farm home, temporarily or permanently. What types of events do you host?
We are entirely flexible and have hosted horse clinics, motorcycle training courses, family reunions, and weddings. Our unique space can cater to almost any event type, but because of our unique space and talents, we do these particularly well.
