Cancellation Policy
For any cancellations made, we will always issue a full refund if we are able to re-book your accommodation for the dates you have cancelled. We can never guarantee that the accommodation will be re-booked.
- There is no refund if cancellations are made within 7 days of your arrival date.
- There is a 50% refund if you cancel between 7 and 30 days before your arrival date.
- There is a full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date.
