Some things to keep in mind:
*Stalls are bedded on arrival, and there are hooks for water buckets, but buckets are not typically provided. We do keep some available if needed.
*Turn out is usually available on request, but we can’t guarantee it. We will do our best to accommodate!
*Our horses typically live out full-time, so it’s possible there will not be other horses in the barn during your stay. If your horse is more of a social butterfly (i.e. if they’re going to start falling apart if left alone for a night), we can put them at the end of the barn where they can see others. If that’s not going to cut it, we can bring in a barn buddy for them, but you will have to front the cost of the 2nd stall.
Equestrian Amenities
We have large stalls, indoor and outdoor arenas, a cross-country field, miles of trails, and lots of paddock space. We encourage guests to bring their horses to enjoy all of our wonderful facilities, and we play host for many riding groups and clinics throughout the year. Unfortunately we are not currently able to provide horses on site for trail rides or lessons, but there are several stables nearby that offer group trail rides if you want a Shenandoah Valley riding experience!
